| Under the old roof was a simple garage which we converted into a habitable room. We then constructed an extension to the side of it and linked the two together. | To increase this from a three bedroomed house to a four bedroomed house, we removed the front section of the roof and built and additional bedroom and en-suite. The project cost £41,000 which included a boiler upgrade | Again, the only way to extend this house was upwards, so an additional bedroom and en-suite was added to the property. | A self contained room with en-suite and an extra toilet accessable by the main house was created in place of an old garage at the cost of £36,000.
